1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue for validation.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, including tags and box.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Minor color or design variations (product images may vary slightly due to lighting/screen settings)

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review and approve the request if eligible.

  4. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions or arrange pickup (if available in your area).

  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or UPI account (in case of offline purchase).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of prepaid orders returned due to incorrect address or non-availability, refund will be issued after deducting forward and return courier charges.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product category and price, subject to availability.

  • If the replacement item is out of stock, you may choose a different item or receive a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing or dispatch.

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation (before dispatch), contact us immediately for assistance.
